      2. Donor Engagement Expertise: In-depth understanding of donor engagement strategies, including digital and telemarketing approaches.

      3. Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.
      Experience with Marketing Automated tools.

      4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the organization’s mission and impact to donors.

      5. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with donors and internal stakeholders.

      6. Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve donor engagement and fundraising goals.
