How to get closer to your financial goals in 6 months

You can get closer to your financial goals in 6 months. Follow our guides below, and you will be surprised by how close you will return to your goals. We all lose track of our dreams or expectations sometimes. That is normal of human existence. Many people’s goals remain lost for life. However, we can reset or reverse those lost goals in a short period with renewed dedication. Provided you follow our guides here with a new sense of urgency.

Foremost, what goal have you declared unachievable? Whatever goal you have declared unattainable can be achieved. Trust me.

The problem

Your goals are good. And it’s proven that people still believe in their goals unless they feel they are unachievable at their current age or in their current circumstances.

The primary cause of losing track of your goals is due to distraction. Distraction in whatever form.

The distraction can be out of mid-life crisis. Or the distraction could be due to just one singular decision that spiral into several other distractions.

You know yourself. What is your distraction. That distraction may not only disrupt your life goals, but it can primary results in mental breakdown.

You would eventually blame yourself for choices that lead to your inability to get closer to your goals. Self blame would create regret that lead to enormous stress that further takes you away from your goals. It becomes a circle.

The solution. Reverse the distraction

You need to reverse the distraction. You would notice a boost in your mental and productive being that would get you closer to your goals after you initiate the reverse process of the distraction.

Here is how you reverse the distraction. Implement 8 + 8 + 8 rule.

What is the 8 + 8 + 8 rule?

The 8 + 8 + 8 rule divides the 24 hours I’m a day into 8 + 8 + 8.

a. 8 hours for serious work
b. 8 hours for sleep and
c. 8 hours for 3F, 3H and 3S. That is Family, Friends, Faith, Health, Hygiene, Hobbies, Soul, Service and Smile.

However, the 8 + 8 + 8 rule is just a roadmap. Just like your life’s goal that you couldn’t achieve due to distraction. Below is how to minimize the distraction.

How to minimize distraction

First of all, you need a time allocation template anywhere on your phone, copied on paper and pasted in a room or anywhere visible as a reminder.

You could then be able to cross check easily your current activity that must be followed.

The time allocation template is your current activity at every second that you must be doing irrespective of your current mood.

The time allocation covers every minute in the 24 hour cycle. That is:
a. When you should be working. Something that bring that feeds you or bring in money to get you closer to your economic or financial goals
b. When you should be sleeping. It’s a must
c. When you should engaged in an entertainment or religious activity or healthy habits

4. 6:30am to 6:45am: Faith (prayers)
5. 6:45am to 7:15am: commute to work
7. 7:15am to 9:30am: Work
