Academic Requirements and Relevant Experience
Master’s degree in Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Law, Commerce, Business Administration or Public Administration with 7 years post qualification experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Public Procurement, Administration out of which 3 years should be at a supervisory level
Or
Bachelor’s degree in similar studies with 10 years’ relevant experience and 3 years at Supervisor level.
Experience in web-based management / ERP system, such as SAP.

2. Senior Risk Officer (APRM)
Academic Requirements and Relevant Experience
A Master’s degree in Business Management or Public Administration or related field with a minimum 7 years of relevant experience of which 3 years at expert level preferably within a major government, international organisation, public or private sector organization

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Public Administration or related field with a minimum 10 years of relevant experience of which 3 years at expert level preferably within a major government, international organisation, public or private sector organization

3. Senior Research, Methodology & Development Officer (APRM)
Academic Requirements and Relevant Experience
• Master’s Degree in social research, public policy, public administration, international relations, law research or related fields with 7 years’ experience in research related positions or projects and/or programmes of which 3 years at expert level
Or
• Bachelor’s Degree in social research, public policy, public administration, international relations, law research or related fields with 10 years’ experience in research related positions or projects and/or programmes of which 3 years at expert level
• It is highly desirable that candidates are able to demonstrate experience in one or more of the following areas:
o Working in an African country

4. Senior Programme Officer Continental & Global Governance Programmes (APRM)
Academic Requirements and Relevant Experience
• Master’s degree in political science, development studies, public policy, social sciences, or other related disciplines with 7 years’ progressively responsible experience of which 3 years at expert level relevant to good governance, development, and international cooperation domain. Or
• Bachelor’s degree in political science, development studies, Public Policy, social sciences, or other related disciplines with 10 years’ progressively responsible experience oe which 3 years at expert level relevant to good governance, development, and international cooperation domain.
• Experience in managing projects and programs related to Agenda 2030 and Agenda 2063 will be an added advantage.

8. Senior Africa Governance Report Officer (APRM)
Academic Requirements and Relevant Experience
• Master’s Degree in governance, international relations, public administration, political science, law or related field; Sound knowledge of government, diplomacy and governance in Africa with 7 years international organization with progressively more experience in governance research in various capacities of which 3 years at expert level
Or
• Bachelor’s Degree in governance, international relations, public administration, political science, law or related field; Sound knowledge of government, diplomacy and governance in Africa with 10 years international organization with progressively more experience in governance research in various capacities of which 3 years at expert level
• Academic research and work with research institutions, universities, think tanks or policy advisories related to governance in Africa is required.
