Nursing training admissions out | Pay now or you lose your chance

Nursing training admissions are out. Admitted students are required to pay their admission fees before 29th September 2023.

And full payment of the fees should be made by 2nd October 2023.

Admitted students are also required to come along with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate/ card. Below are details of the admission letters that are given out to admitted students.

OFFER OF ADMISSION FOR THE 2023/2024 ACADEMIC YEAR TO PURSUE THE GENERAL NURSING PROGRAMME

This is to inform you that, you have been offered admission to the Nurses Training College, Ho to pursue a 3-year General Nursing Programme (RGN) for the 2023/2024 Academic year. In connection with this offer, you are to note the following carefully:

1. Your admission is for the 2023/2024 academic year. If you fail to enrol or withdraw from the program without prior approval of the College, you will forfeit the admission automatically.

2. You are advised to make provision for renting your own accommodation if you are not offered one in the College as hostel accommodation is limited for a few females only.

3. Feeding is compulsory for all first-year students.

4. You are required to pay the Full Fees for the First Semester into the Nurses’ Training College, Ho, Account through the GCB SMART PAY PLATFORM using the MoH Application Pin as Student’s ID. with your name on the Pay- in-slip before 29th September 2023 which is non-refundable.

5. Full payment should be made before or on 2nd October 2023. Be reminded that Fees are paid on Semester basis.

6. Prospectus and Provisional Bill Sheets for the rest of the fees have been attached to this letter

7. You will be required to adhere to all Institutional rules and regulations and that of Ministry of Health as contained in the Students’ Handbook, and may be dismissed at any time for unsatisfactory academic performance or misconduct.

8. Your admission is subject to medical fitness to pursue the program of study in the College. You are therefore expected to undergo a medical examination which would be organized by the College.

9. You are to note that any false declaration discovered later regarding your qualification(s) will lead to your instant dismissal from the College.

10. You are to report at the College on Monday, 2nd October 2023 for registration and orientation at 8:00 a.m. and you are required to participate fully. You will also be required to present photocopies of your receipts, original School and Birth Certificates, NHIS Card and COVID 19 Vaccination Card at the Registration Centre.

11. You are required to have a Bank Account Number, an E- zwich Account Number, enough Pocket Money as well as an Android Phone as these will be of much benefit to you in your stay in the School.

12. You are to come with your Parent or Guardian on the day of reporting as there will be a STAKEHOLDERS MEETING for them.

13. You are to submit an Acceptance Letter to the School if you accept the Offer on or before Monday 2nd October 2023.
