      St. Joseph CoE 2002 Year Group Donate To Alma Mata

      St  Joseph CoE: During the climax of the 75th anniversary celebration, the Alumini Association promised to build a befitting Entrance for the St. Joseph College of Education. The National Executives called on all year groups, individuals and well meaning Ghanaians to support this worthy course.

      Responding to the call by the National Executives, the 2002 year group on Tuesday, 24/10/23 presented a cheque of GHc6000 to the Alumini Association at the college premises. The acting Secretary, Mr. Peter Haruna (2001) on behalf on the President and the other executives, welcome the group to the college.

      Presenting the cheque, the group led by Mr. Samuel Sarfo, Mr. Eric Kumi Turkson, Ms. Harriet Dwumah and Ms. Esther Dabori called on the executives to use the money for the intended purpose. They assure the executives of their support ( financially, physically and intellectually) any time they are called upon. They added that the amount presented was just the beginning and that they were still putting things together to come back and support the project.

      Receiving the cheque, Mr. Peter Haruna thanked the group for their kind gesture, calling on other year groups to emulate their very good example. He further assured the group that the money will be used for the intended purpose.

      Present to receive the cheque were, Rev. Fr. Martin Yaw Adjei (College Chaplain- representing management), Hon. Joseph Appiah (Aluminus, 2007 and acting PRO), Mr. Ali Moro (Aluminus, 1999 and a tutor), and Ms. Cynthia Twumasi (Aluminus, 2006 and a tutor)
      Rev. Fr. Martin Yaw Adjei on behalf of management, thank the year group, encouraging them to be worthy ambassadors of the the college at their various work places.
