I’m in a car from Accra to Swedru. I take out my book, Change Your World to read. This little boy besides me started staring at the cover. Minutes later, he started mentioning the words he could.
Then, I stopped reading and engaged him. He was able to mention most words. I asked if he’s interested in the book. He says yes. I handed it to him.

From West Hills to Akoti, this boy opened the book and kept reading the words he could while I watched in awe. He’s in grade 2. I’ve rewarded him with some ‘coins’ to buy any book he loves.
After the reward, the boy won’t stop reading.
