1. The Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) has a policy that give some cash amount to it’s members when such persons are going on retirement

2. The amounts given, however, is reviewed at some points to cater for inflation primarily.

4. GNAT members who have thus gone on retirement this year 2022 are thus frustrated as to when they will receive their cash
