Dear Director General of the Ghana Education Service, kindly release the promotion results for teachers. You have proven to be doing good work as the Director General of the largest workforce in the country. However, the first promotion exam written under your tenure is taking too much time to be released. This is in comparism with your predecessors.

Your predecessors usually take a maximum of three and half months to release the promotion results of teachers.

Promotions are one of the major expectations for teachers. Apart from professional advancement, the teachers stand to gain a little income out of the promotions.

Delaying the promotion results means you are keeping the teachers in suspense. The delay to release the results will affect your performance rating among the teachers.
