1. Fresh tomatoes

2. Glass bottles with tight lids

Steps

1. Wash the tomatoes in clean water.

2. Blend the fresh tomatoes

3. Boil the blended tomatoes until the water dries out and the paste becomes solidified.

4. Allow the paste to cool down.

5. Fetch the paste into the bottles and close them with the lid or cap.

6. Put the bottles in a bigger pot and fill them with water until all the bottles are fully immersed in the water.

7. Put this on fire and boil for about 15 – 20 minutes.

8. Remove the bottles and keep your paste in a cool dry place.

There is no need to refrigerate your paste.
