Former G.E.S Director-General Disclosed His Plans Days Before Being Fired

Professor Opoku-Amankwa disclosed his plans for staying in office at the recently held CHASS Conference.

In what appeared to be a shock to the former Director-General of the Ghana Education Service, Professor Opoku-Amankwa, he was probably not aware he would be fired before his 60th birthday.
A source informed educativenewsroom.com that the former head of G.E.S, who attended the recently held CHASS Conference, disclosed he was just taking care of things to leave the scene when he is due for retirement.

Effecting the decision to leave the scene immediately after retirement would be a sharp contrast to how other Directors, who are his subordinates, are fighting to stay in office even two years after retirement.
