Teaser 2: What is the score line for both the office of the president and the unions?

      Highlights

      1. The government officials met the three teacher unions, (GNAT, NAGRAT and CCT) over a strike action concerning the appointment of a new Director-General, Dr. Eric Nkansah

      2. The government side of the meeting were heavily represented by two substantive ministers of education and labour relations as well as their deputies.

      3. While the three teacher unions had caucus meetings, the government’s team also had their caucus meetings within the close-door meeting.

      4. After the reconvening of the meeting between both sides, the parties could not agree on an amicable solution.

      5. The meeting therefore had to be postponed to tomorrow 8th November to conclude an amicable position suitable to both parties.
