2. Though on short notice, the digital channels of the insurance firm is available to serve customers as stated in the communique
3. Though it could be considered a coincidence with the notice provided by Databank about why they are closing their offices, it appears the notice from Enterprise Life is purely for the purposes of the festive season
4. In a test message to customers on the 22nd December, 2022, the statement provided the following details:
Dear client, please note that all our branches will be closed to the general public on 23rd and 30th December, 2022 at 2 pm. You may conveniently use our digital platforms by dialing *714*555# or go to https://mobilife.enterprisegroup.net.gh/ to access your policy and transact business.
