2. There was a scheduled meeting on Friday 21st October, 2022 between the teacher unions and the Director-General to discuss issues concerning promotion of staff and the recruitment of staff.

3. Using a past occasion when a certain president was asking about who a particular person was at a function and was told he was a minister of state, Angel Carbonu alleged the president may not be aware of the termination of the Director-General’s appointment to the Ghana Education Service.
