When you sleep on your back, your tongue falls in your throat and block the airway making it difficult for air to pass through hence, causing the snoring but when you sleep on your left side, the tongue relaxes and do not fall in your throat.
4. Improves brain health: The brain gets rid of waste products when you are sleeping. Research shows that the brain is able to get rid metabolic substances very well when you sleep on your left side.
