Good News: Vodafone Package Of Staff Bundle Announced For Teachers Only [Details here]

1. The Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) has since June 2022 been able to break a deal with MTN Ghana to provide a cheaper source of internet data for teachers.

2. The MTN deal which offers 10GB and 20GB internet data at Ghc20 and Ghc50 respectively helped a lot of teachers to meet their data needs especially for academic purposes, unlike in the past.

3. The MTN data package has prompted a lot of teachers to demand this union procure a Vodafone version of the staff bundle for teachers, since only Vodafone network is available in certain locations of the country.

4. Also, some teachers, for various reasons, prefer the use of the Vodafone network even when, MTN network is also available.

5. GNAT, which has worked hard to bring on board the Vodafone version of the internet package, has disclosed on their platform the following information:

The maiden registration of beneficiaries on Vodafone is also scheduled for January 13 to 18.
