1. It has been communicated to the Regional Directors of Ghana Education Service to compile a list of staff with outstanding issues with regards to Junior Rank Promotion (both teaching and non-teaching).

2. The deadline for the submission of the list to Accra is stated as Friday, 30th December, 2022.

3. The question most people are asking is how they will know if their names are on the list.

4. To confirm or get your name on this important list, the affected staff must do the following.

a. Make sure you have any relevant letter with respect to the promotion. Otherwise, consult your District Human Resource department for such a letter within a week at most.

b. Seek advice from your district human resource office as to how to proceed. However, if you are not convinced about the advice or any diplomatic demand, do not hesitate or be scared to consult the regional office for advice on how to proceed.
