No One In G.E.S Is Qualified To Be Director-general

So no one in GES is qualified for the position of director general?

Dear teachers and all educational workers in GES, we have no future with GES. I can’t remember the last time an employee of GES was appointed director general of the service.

Director general is a rank under the Ghana education service. It’s just like appointing someone who is not a police officer as IGP.

The education sector will continue to be in shambles. You have appointed someone who has never been a headmaster of a SHS, a district or regional director of education. How will the person work without experience?

Shouldn’t the director general be someone who has risen through all the ranks of the service? Oooh poor Ghana.
