Some Teachers Could Be Denied TMI Laptop. [Read to verify your status here]

The distribution of a teaching and learning material, TMI laptop, that was partly financed by the teacher has hit a snag.

Scheduled dates given for distribution of the rest of the laptop have also elapsed without any sign.

Worse is the chance that some remaining teachers may not receive their laptop or may have to surmount a serious challenge to receive their laptops based on the information allegedly being provided by teachers from some districts. And they are seeking the assistance of GNAT leadership to help the situation.

In a post by a teacher from West Gonja Municipality in the Savannah Region of Ghana, teachers are being told they have received the laptop while they had not.

A teacher writing on one of the social media platforms said:

‘The teachers’ laptop distribution in West Gonja has some challenges, like a person will be told, the system has told us you have collected. Hence, there is nothing we can do about it, but the person, indeed, has not received the laptop. Please GNAT help us’
