Reporting Date For SHS One Announced | Spend 6 Weeks In School

The Ghana Education Service, after a long wait, has announced the official reporting date for first year Senior High Schools students. The incoming SHS students took their Basic Education Certificate Examination last year, October and have since been waiting to enter senior school. The reporting date for SHS one has been announced through the communication of the official academic calendar released by the Ghana Education Service (G.E.S).

According to the final academic calendar released by the Ghana Education Service, first year students are to report to school on 20th February 2023. The first years are expected to vacate on 5th April 2023. They are expected to spend about six (6) weeks in school before their first break on 5th April. However, since first years take not less than two (2) weeks to properly settle in school, the incoming first year students will be spending less than six (6) weeks before their first vacation.
