3. Imagine the number of points for each of the mandatory courses.

4. At a cost of Ghc75.00 per 2-point workshop, be aware that exactly about one-year Continuous Professional Development (CPD) allowance will be spent on the mandatory CPD courses for total points of about only 30% of the points required.

According to the National Teaching Council (NTC), mandatory courses are course-based with fixed points of 2 for each course.

Teachers are required to cover a total of fifteen (15) courses out of a list of thirty (30) courses within a three-year period and earn a total of thirty (30) points for license renewal.
