You must go through a process to receive salary the following month if you did not receive your salary for the month. The process is simple but frustrating and exhausting.
You may not receive your salary whether you are validated for the month or not. This is because there are several other factors that determine whether you receive your salary in the bank or not.

However, individuals who are not on the Payment Voucher of the management unit will not receive their salary. Those individuals will have to apply for salary reactivation using the process below. This process is the same whenever an individual in a management unit does not receive a salary.
Issues involving individuals or some staff
There are a lot of complications for individual staff whenever they do not receive a salary for the month.
You must quickly report to the human resource manager or IPPD.
You will be asked to write a short report about what happened and attach last month’s payslip to it along with other relevant documents like re-posting or transfer letters.
Your district will add a cover letter and forward the same to headquarters for salary reactivation.
For the individual, there is no guarantee the salary would be reactivated by the following month. The reactivation could take as long as five months, with or without payment of transport fare for the officer to send your documents to headquarters.
The frustration involved in this process makes many people to pay underhand money to whoever they believe could help the problem for them.
