      Anxiety is a mental health condition with signs of nervousness and panic which makes it difficult for the affected person to live a normal life emotionally.

      Anxiety is the body’s natural response to stress, but if the anxiety is extreme and lasts longer for more than six (6) months and the anxiety continues to interfere with life and daily activities of the person, then the person may have an anxiety disorder.

      Anxiety disorder is a persistent feeling of anxiety or dread which can interfere with daily activities or life. In the case of anxiety disorder, the feeling of fear may be in the person all the time and it is always intense. Sometimes, an anxiety disorder may result from a medical condition that needs treatment.

      2 . Some anxiety disorders may be linked to fault circuits in the brain that control fear and emotions.

      3 . Drug redrawal

      4 . Some medical conditions

      5 . Loss of a loved one

      6. Separation

      7 . Traumatic or negative experience

      8 . Stress

      1 . Irritability

      2 . Fatigue

      3 . Having unexplained pains such as headaches , muscle aches and abdominal pains

      4 . Difficulty controlling feelings of worry

      5 . Feeling restless

      6 . Difficulty concentrating

      7 . Having a sense of impending danger

      8 . Panicking
